Who we are
Sri Anantha Rice Traders ("we", "us") is a wholesale supplier of rice, grains and groceries based at Shop No. 2, 5th Main Road, APMC Yard, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru 560022, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what information we collect through the TOKIEO mobile app and our related services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number, store (business) name, GST number if you provide one, and store address.
- Login: a one-time PIN sent to your mobile number by SMS. We do not store passwords in readable form.
- Orders: the products, quantities, prices, delivery addresses and payment status of orders you place.
- Location: with your permission, the GPS location of your store so that our sales and delivery teams can find it. You can decline; you can then enter the address manually.
- Photos: with your permission, a photo of your store front, used to verify your store for account approval.
- Device and usage data: app version, device type and basic diagnostics needed to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To register and verify your store account and let you log in.
- To process, deliver and invoice your orders, and to contact you about them by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To assign a sales representative to your store and to plan deliveries.
- To keep our records for accounting and tax purposes as required by Indian law.
- To improve the app and fix problems.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
- Our own staff and delivery partners, only as needed to serve your orders.
- Service providers that help us run the app: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, servers located in India), SMS delivery, and payment processing (for example PhonePe) when you choose to pay online. Payment card or UPI details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
- Authorities when required by law.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax law (currently up to 8 years for invoices). Location and store photos are kept while your account is active.
App permissions
- Location — to capture your store's position for deliveries (optional).
- Camera / photos — to upload a store photo (optional).
- SMS — on some devices, to read the login PIN automatically (optional).
- Notifications — order and delivery updates.
Your choices
- You can view and update your store details in the app or by contacting us.
- You can revoke location, camera or notification permissions in your phone settings at any time.
- Account deletion: to delete your account and personal data, email anantharicetraders22@gmail.com from your registered details or call 81973 31991. We will remove your account within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers. Only staff who need it to serve you can access your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at srianantha.com/privacy.html with the date shown above.
